Jack Rakove:  Originalism (on video, discussing "James Madison's role in the framing and ratification of the Constitution, and the legal approach of Originalism").

Rakove, the Pulitzer Prize-winning historian of the founding era and author of (among others) the classic Original Meanings, is a thoughtful originalism skeptic who's always well worth a listen.
